ADHD: The beginning.

This is the first part of the BOOST NeuroD for POKAs (Parents of ADHD Kids) program. It will give you the foundations you need as a parent to better support your ADHD child, including the information about ADHD beyond the standard diagnostic criteria of inattention, hyperactivity and impulsivity. In this self-paced online course you will learn about the importance of Executive Skills, which will be a core component of understanding why your child struggles in particular ways and will eventually help you when you develop your plans for supporting your child with ADHD.
